REPERTOIRE

We will be singing all songs learned so far in 2023 at some point during the week. Down Under will only be sung once at the Singers' Lounge due to the solos.

At The Caves, we will also sing Human Heart and Let It Go. We'll run over these before we go and on the bus (!) so don't stress but if you want to listen to them, you can use the links above.  If you need lyrics or sheet music, you'll need to print these and bring them with you.

WHAT TO BRING / WEAR

PERFORMANCE CLOTHES - SOUL SONG
  • SMART CASUAL = black bottoms and tropical shirts or plain black tops. You're fine to wear a black top under your tropical shirt or a cardigan over the top but preferably a colour that works with the tropical shirt.  Soul Song scarves or appropriately coloured scarves are fine too.
  • STREET WEAR = these will be outdoor / semi outdoor performances so you'll probably need to wear coats but if you can manage a Soul Song baseball or tropical shirt underneath or a Soul Song beanie / scarf that would be great. You can also wear jumpers underneath your Soul Song stuff.  Bottoms should ideally be black or denim.
PERFORMANCE CLOTHES - SOUND AVENUE
  • SMART CASUAL = pretty much anything that's black and or grey and semi dressy.  They are all indoor performances but you will probably still need some kind of jacket or at least sleeves.
  • STREET WEAR = anything black and grey and warm!  Coats don't have to be black or grey though.
  • FORMAL = black and grey evening wear and accessories.  The hall should be fairly warm but still think about the climate when choosing your outfits. Anything with a shine / sparkle is great.
OTHER THINGS TO BRING / THINK OF:
  • Your lyric book / sheet music book / ipads for rehearsal and performances (no ipads for Sound Avenue content)
  • Swimmers / wet suit / towel / sense of adventure if you're going to go for a dip in the thermal pools
WHAT NOT TO BRING!
  • Please avoid using any Lavender Oil products at all during the week as we have a member with an allergy.
